Proge builds training around your goal, experience, training location and weekly frequency. Combine different training modes and progress through structured 12-week periods.
Build muscle, develop strength or support fat loss. Your experience, weekly frequency and training style guide the programme.

Home training is formed around your available equipment, experience, goal and weekly frequency. It can work without equipment and still progress systematically.

Functional training combines strength work with varied movement patterns. Olympic lifts are included only when the user’s experience and choices allow them.

Running plans progress from base conditioning toward longer distances and, where relevant, marathon goals. Different sessions, duration or distance and RPE organise the work within the wider training week.

Mobility can be included as its own session or to support other training. It becomes a planned part of the week instead of an isolated extra.

Your personalised diet is divided into 4–6 daily meals based on your choices. The daily view brings calories and macros together, meals can be marked as eaten, and individual foods can be replaced with a nutritionally close alternative.

Weight trends, physical measurements, workout history and charts across time ranges make change visible instead of relying only on how one workout felt.
